What kind of experience do I need for a successful career at Principa?
What is the recruitment process, and how long does it take?
Typically, the recruitment process takes two to four weeks, depending on the candidate and interviewer availability. The process starts with an exploratory call to ensure a high-level fit for the role, followed by a more in-depth interview. Candidates are then asked to complete a technical case study. Depending on the role being recruited for, this can be done in an interview or prepared ahead of time and submitted to the panel for review. Thereafter, we conduct psychometric testing, and candidates will have an opportunity to explore the Principa culture more thoroughly to ensure personal and values alignment. Thereafter, reference checks and successful candidates are presented with an offer.

What is Principa’s WFO/WFH model?
Principa’s roles are hybrid, with teams working predominantly remotely. We prioritise in-person time for collaboration and will occasionally require travel to clients in South Africa and possibly abroad. We provide access to offices in Stellenbosch and Johannesburg, giving our people flexibility in their work model. We expect our people to have a ‘work-like’ environment at home, should they choose not to use the offices. This includes a stable power supply and internet connection.
